This page explains how to delete your Patchd account and the Patchd account data Granulab controls for your signed-in account.
Patchd In-App Deletion
Patchd provides account deletion directly inside the app for signed-in users. This is the primary deletion path when you can access your Patchd account.
In Patchd, open Profile, choose Account, then tap Delete Account. Confirm the prompt to delete the signed-in Patchd account.
If you use Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in, make sure you are signed in with the account you want to delete before starting the deletion flow.
What Patchd Deletes
Deletion removes the Patchd account data Granulab controls for that sign-in: your email address, account identifier, user type, account status, and basic account metadata.
Patchd does not upload your live camera feed, imported photos, imported videos, or generated creative outputs as part of normal app use. Files or images you saved to Photos, Files, or another location on your device stay there until you delete them yourself.
What Is Separate From Account Deletion
After deletion, Granulab does not keep a Patchd account profile for that sign-in. A minimal deletion confirmation record may be kept only if needed to verify that the request was completed.
Deleting your Patchd account does not remove files you saved locally to Photos, Files, or another location on your device. It also does not cancel, refund, or remove App Store purchase history because Apple manages App Store billing records, refunds, and purchase history.
Email Request
If you cannot access Patchd, email info@granulab.xyz from the email address linked to your Patchd account with subject line "Patchd Account Deletion Request". Include the app name and the sign-in method you used, such as Apple or Google.
