These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Bungee ("App"), an expressive multi-touch gesture instrument and granular synthesizer developed by Granulab. By downloading, installing, or using Bungee, you agree to these Terms.
License Grant
Granulab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bungee on compatible devices in accordance with App Store and Google Play terms. You may use Bungee as a standalone instrument or as a plugin within compatible host applications.
Musical Output & Commercial Use
You own the musical recordings, performances, and sound designs you create using Bungee. You are free to use, distribute, and commercially monetize music, soundscapes, and audio compositions produced with Bungee without paying royalties to Granulab.
Factory Content & Presets
The factory performance templates, factory audio samples, visual UI layouts, and Turing-machine sequencing algorithms are the intellectual property of Granulab. You may not extract and resell the factory audio samples or presets as standalone sample packs or competing sound libraries.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Bungee, except as permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that any audio loops or files you import into Bungee do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Bungee processes audio on-device and does not collect personal data. Please review our /bungee/privacy-policy for full details.
Disclaimer and Liability
Bungee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Granulab does not guarantee that operation of the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Granulab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
