GruKit Terms

These Terms govern your use of GruKit, the iPhone and iPad app for vinyl collection management, Discogs sync, barcode search, set preparation, maintenance logs, sales workflows, and related DJ collection tools.
License
Granulab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GruKit for personal, professional DJ, collection management, and internal business workflows in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.
Collection Data and User Content
You are responsible for the records, artwork, notes, locations, sales data, maintenance logs, Discogs data, queue items, and other content you add, import, edit, export, or share through GruKit. You must have the rights or permissions needed for any third-party content you use with the app.
Discogs and Third-Party Services
GruKit can connect to Discogs and other third-party destinations when you enable those features. Third-party accounts, APIs, metadata, links, media, and availability are controlled by their respective providers, not by Granulab.
Device Permissions
GruKit may use camera, photo library, microphone, notifications, motion sensors, iCloud, or local storage when you enable related features such as barcode search, artwork workflows, audio search, turntable health, sync, or alerts. Feature availability and accuracy may vary by device, permissions, lighting, audio quality, and network conditions.
Subscriptions and Purchases
GruKit may offer Pro features through App Store in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and purchase history. Subscription details are also available at /subscription-terms.
Account Deletion
If you create a GruKit account, you can review deletion instructions at /grukit/account-deletion.
Privacy
GruKit's data practices are described in the GruKit Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse GruKit, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access to services, violate Discogs or third-party terms, overload APIs, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the app to infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimer and Liability
GruKit is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Granulab does not guarantee that every scan, match, sync, collection record, subscription entitlement, third-party link, or workflow will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free. Granulab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
