Patchd Terms

These Terms govern your use of Patchd, including the iPhone, iPad, and Mac builds, Live Perform, Studio, Re-Patch, Photo Edit, Camera FX, and related creative tools. By using Patchd, you agree to these Terms.
License
Granu Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Patchd for personal, creative, live performance, and internal business use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.
Your Content and Outputs
You are responsible for the photos, videos, camera input, websites, files, shaders, 3D assets, and other content you load into Patchd. You keep your rights to your own content and rendered outputs. You must have the rights or permission needed to use any third-party material that you import, perform, render, save, or share.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Patchd, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access to services or devices, reverse engineer restricted components, violate applicable law, or use the app to infringe the rights of others.
Accounts and Services
Some Patchd features may use account, notification, analytics, crash diagnostic, or cloud services. The related data practices are described in the Patchd Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Patchd is currently offered without subscriptions or advertising. If future versions add paid features, purchases will be handled through Apple or the relevant platform provider and will be subject to their payment, refund, and billing terms.
Disclaimer and Liability
Patchd is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Granu Lab does not guarantee that every visual, render, camera, network, shader, or performance workflow will be uninterrupted or error-free. Granu Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
