This page explains how to delete your GruKit account and the account-linked data Granulab controls for your signed-in account.
GruKit In-App Deletion
GruKit provides account deletion directly inside the app for signed-in users. This is the primary deletion path when you can access your GruKit account.
In GruKit, open Settings, choose Account, then tap Delete Account. Confirm the prompt to delete the signed-in GruKit account.
If you use Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, or Discogs connection features, make sure you are signed in with the account you want to delete before starting the deletion flow.
What GruKit Deletes
Deletion removes the GruKit account data Granulab controls for that sign-in, including email address, account identifier, display name, account status, app service profile, and account metadata.
If you connected Discogs or account-linked cloud services through GruKit, deletion also removes the connection tokens and account-linked service records Granulab controls where those records are not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or platform compliance obligations.
What Is Separate From Account Deletion
Deleting your GruKit account does not delete data stored in your external Discogs account, Apple App Store purchase history, Apple subscription records, or records managed by Apple iCloud outside Granulab's control.
Local collection data stored on your device may remain until you delete it in the app, remove the app, or clear the relevant local app data. You can also revoke app permissions and connected services from iOS Settings, Apple ID settings, Discogs, or the relevant third-party service.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel, refund, or remove App Store purchase history. Apple manages App Store billing, subscriptions, renewals, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and purchase records. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions.
Email Request
If you cannot access GruKit, email info@granulab.xyz from the email address linked to your GruKit account with subject line "GruKit Account Deletion Request". Include the app name and the sign-in method you used, such as Apple, Google, or Discogs.
